10.22 In certain cases, including when the system detected suspicious activity and enabled your account automatically or we have a reasonable suspicion that you have breached these Terms, we may suspend Your Account, meaning that Your Account will not be deleted and Your Account balance will remain intact, but you will not be able to perform deposits, place bets or participate in games until the underlying reason of suspension is resolved.

10.23 As a part of KYC procedure at our sole discretion we reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account. 11. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

11.1 An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. If Your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 1% of current account balance but no less than 10 EUR or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of Your account, if less) as long as the balance of Your account remains positive.

11.2 You authorize the Casino to charge this fee from Your Player Account on the beginning of the month following the day Your account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month that Your account remains inactive. The Casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Casino to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

14. REFUND POLICY

14.1. The Casino strives to provide a fair and transparent gaming experience for all players. In the event that a player experiences a technical issue or error that affects their gameplay, the Casino may consider issuing a refund.

14.2. To request a refund, players must contact our Customer Support team via LiveChat or email [email protected].

14.3. If you wish to request a refund, you need to do so within the first 24 hours of the transaction in question for it to be considered (or within 30 calendar days if you claim that another person has gained access to your account). If you’ve made credit card deposits to your account, we reserve the right to process all withdrawal requests up to the total amount of deposits as refunds, against the purchases made. If you’ve withdrawn more funds than what you have deposited, we’ll pay out any additional amounts via another payment option.

14.4. To check the refund, you must provide these documents:

  • Photos of both sides of your passport, driver's license, or any other form of ID,
  • Proof of address (proof of address would need to be a photo of a paper document posted to you in the last 90 days, it could be eg a government-issued document, a bank document, a bill, or similar.
  • Alternatively, you can upload the original PDF of a utility bill, or a bank statement (showing your name and account number if you haven’t uploaded it as proof of address)

14.5. The Casino will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. The decision to issue a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the Casino

14.6. The processing time for a refund request may take up to 7 business days.

14.7. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the player's original payment method.

14.8. Prior to any amounts being processed, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be removed prior to calculation of the refund amount. If it’s the case where any credit card purchases are deemed to carry a bigger than necessary risk for security or legal reasons, by your payment processor or the casino, we will initiate refunds of the transactions in question back to the card, and notify the appropriate authorities and parties.

14.9 The Casino reserves the right to decline refund requests for any reason, including, but not limited to, cases where: 

  • The player is found to have violated the Casino's Terms and Conditions.
  • The player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity.
  • The player's claim is deemed to be unsubstantiated.

14.10 The Casino is not obligated to provide a refund for any lost winnings due to gameplay decisions or strategy choices made by the player.

  • System failures, including but not limited to power outages, internet failures, and telecommunications failures;
  • Cybersecurity attacks, data breaches, or other disruptions to computer systems;
  • Unforeseeable events, including but not limited to accidents, explosions, and fires;
  • Other events or circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of Casino and that are not caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Casino.

16.2. Casino will not accept any liability for any consequences arising out of any such force majeure 

17. MISCELLANEOUS

17.1 Casino reserves the right to assign our rights under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

17.2 If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of these Terms of Service or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision.
